Accounts

We currently complete accounts for sole traders and partnerships from the smallest sole trader with a turnover of less than £15k per annum to partnerships with a turnover in excess of £1m. Fees are quoted and fixed in advance so there are no surprises when the bill arrives. We are happy to give you a free initial consultation and prepare a quote for you free of charge and without obligation. Book Keeping

We are able to provide book keeping on a weekly/monthly or quarterly basis to assist with the preparation of annual accounts and our prices start from as little as £15 per month + VAT. We can also arrange for your records to be collected and returned to you if you wish. Please see our Collection and Delivery Service for details.

Telephone Answering

We are able to offer a professional and personal telephone answering service, with all calls answered in your company name and directed to you by SMS (Text Message), Fax or Email. We can also include making appointments and keeping a diary for you as part of the service. We can provide you with a dedicated telephone number to use or you can redirect your own telephone line to us. This service is available from 8:30AM to 6PM Monday to Friday with optional voicemail service outside those hours. You have full access to your own voicemail 24/7.

Collection and Delivery Service

For clients who are busy we are able to offer a collection service for your records in order that we may deal with your accountancy, book keeping and tax returns. We are also able to offer a same day delivery service for the Essex area at very reasonable rates and our minimum charge is only £5 + VAT. This service is available to all businesses not just for our clients. Please telephone us for a quotation.

Mail Boxes

We are able to receive mail and small parcels for clients and these can be collected during our normal business hours or forwarded on for a small charge. This service is available by the month, quarter, half year or year and prices start from as little as £20 per month + VAT and letters redirected daily or weekly from as little as £1 + VAT each. This is ideal for advertising and marketing campaigns where you need to identify specific responses. Also, new businesses and home workers who wish to have a separate correspondence address just for business.

Payroll

We can prepare weekly or monthly payslips for you and advise you how much is due to pay to HM Revenue & Customs each month. In addition we can complete the annual return forms and submit them for you.

Secretarial Services

We can type or word process documents, reports and letters for you from drafts and micro-cassette. We can provide the finished article on paper or disc. We can type and envelope mail shots and post them for marketing and advertising campaigns.

Tax Returns

We can complete your Self Assessment Tax Return along with any pages for self assessment, income from property, employment etc, from as little as £50 + VAT. We are also able to complete Partnership Returns and the relevant partnership pages of the Self Assessment Tax Return. We can submit them to HM Revenue & Customs for you either by post or on-line. We will be happy to quote you for this service.

Website Services

We have partnered with another local company to provide you with high quality web site services. We can provide anything from a new web site design to search engine optimsation services. Our web services range from simple brochure sites to complex online systems including invoicing/billing and customer tracking systems.

VAT Returns

We can complete the quarterly Returns for you and maintain your records on a weekly or monthly basis and keep you advised on the amount of VAT that will be payable with the return.
